Mix all the ingredients together and place the mix into a rectangular tray lined with a cling film.
Shape to form a rectangle and with a sharp knife, cut them into sticks.
Cover them with a cling film and freeze them in the freezer for at least an hour or until the mixture hardens.
Make a slurry with maida and water. Once the sticks harden, coat the sticks with the Maida slurry and then bread crumbs. Double coat them with slurry and crumbs, freeze again for 30 minutes.
Deep fry them in hot oil and serve.
